Lyophilized from sterile 10 mM Tris-HCL, 2 mM CaCL2, 100 mM Nacl, 50 % glycerol, pH 7.2.Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
